This has been an unusual year with torrential rains and muddy fields throughout the first two quarters that prevented the farmers, our primary customers, from planting their fields. Strong third and fourth quarter agricultural sales paired with increased Micro Excelerite® capsule sales revitalized our sales revenue.
Our last quarter was very significant for your Company. Large volume sales and other accomplishments were made.
Such as, in sales:
• We delivered over 100 tons of Excelerite® to large fruit and vegetable growers in California.
• We delivered our first container of Excelerite® to Fredrikstad, Norway.
• Volume has increased in website sales of our Micro Excelerite® capsules and we expect to do much better in the future. We have just launched a direct mail campaign as well as a new, on going e-mail campaign to our target capsule market and expect the first quarter of 2018 to be our best yet.
Accomplishments:
• On November 20, 2017, we completed a purchase agreement with M Strata, LLC and acquired nine (9) mining claims consisting of approximately 1,000 acres. We believe these claims may contain as much as 100 million tons of calcium Montmorillonite clay that will be mined and marketed in the future as Excelerite®.
This new agreement not only eliminates the monthly contractual payments to
M Strata, LLC for the mined product but also the accrued accounts payable of over $250,000 owed to M Strata.
In addition, the Company’s Balance Sheet (attached below) acquires a Fixed Asset valued conservatively at $675,000. Accounts Payable are now current and our asset to liability ratio is now 5 to 1.
• The Company has also undertaken to further develop its network of distributors, both in the United States and internationally. We are currently negotiating distributor agreements with agriculture sales companies in China and Mexico.
