LRS buys all it's digesters through ECOS/BIOArt LLC (a private company), not ECOLOCAP (ECOS). LRS likely could care less if ECOLOCAP is current or not with their filings and obligations to shareholders?
Yes, LRS has said they like the digester, and will likely order 2 or 3 more to be installed, 'and operstional' by March 31, 2018 (My guess is that will be announced before the end of this month and will create another opportunity for Fife to unload millions more shares by converting interest still compounding on the original notes (which ECOS defaulted on in late 2014).
The original BIO/ART agreement called for a 90 day delivery and installation period for more machines.
