Arose from slumber to check my mail and the "check is almost in the mail".

Great news? It appears that the inequitable conduct issue for C&C has been resolved; and I think that this clears the way for closure on the settlement with GERS on monetary damages and future licenses. Don't ask me to explain the reasons for this conclusion. I have posted that reasoning on this board previously and I need to go back to sleep. The weather is getting cold and it will be much warmer in the spring -- if you get my "drift".

November 27, 2017: Cantor Colburn and Defendants had executed a confidential settlement agreement that is subject to certain conditions, and that closing of the settlement was expected within the next thirty days.
