Yes, we are waiting on PTOP to post filings and come current at OTCMarkets.com. Currently they are not up to date, which then invokes a STOP sign for out of date reporting. Fidelity is one of those finicky brokers that micro-manages risk, for you, and does not allow the purchase of securities that are not current reporting.
