Well, here is your reason for decline today: Atlas Sand Company, LLC ("Atlas," "Atlas Sand," or the "Company") is pleased to announce its plan to locally supply the Permian Basin with 12 million tons per year of high-quality frac sand including a 40/70 and 100 mesh size product.

They just want to keep flooding the market with supply.
