PERI - this is what I think investors should look at when trying to determine what it is worth. Who cares about non-cash items? No-one is giving them credit for the Goodwill on the balance sheet anyway so what does it matter if they have a big paper loss for an adjustment?

Cash Flow Statement
Operating Cash Flow (ttm) 40.94M
Levered Free Cash Flow (ttm) 29.78M

This might be an indication as to how undervalued it is as well.

Forward P/E 4.85

These are the kinds of things no one looks at until they report the next q's results and people see .10 non-gaap and .05/.06 GAAP for one q.

Then investors take a look.

Peri is the cheapest listed stock I know of and I suspect it will make a huge move. I am banking on it getting me off to a quick start for 2018 like it did last year.
