Rumor has it that Genuine Parts Company is in the process of selling off their office supplies division SPRichards Company. If that is the case, it is great news for the stock. It's the only division that lost money quarter Quarter. GPC is a auto parts reseller, not an a office supplies company. Worst performing sector, Staples and Office Depot are almost junkstock. This announcement should give the stock much needed boost after double digit losses last six months.
