They are not fake (they file with SEC)....they are just a poorly run/executed company that has leadership/executives/board that receive and justify inappropiate compensation in light of actual performance. As such, they are corrupt to the core. They do not take into account retail investors as much of the dilution they execute is through private placement and care little to nothing about retail traders. This is part of the reason I lable them as fat cat...a group of good old boys taking money any where they can find it and line their own pockets along the way...
