If you believe what Herman says on the Yahoo board, they don't have a good chance of getting the government loan. However I think between partnering with Hackney and the US PS, they will get the money somehow. It is drifting lower because it's an all-or-nothing proposition at the moment and with no news I think we'll see more of the same at least until the holidays are over. Nothing seems to get done this time of year.
I feel pretty certain that a good portion of those selling now will be watching closely to get back in at the beginning of the year at a less risky price.
