RAD has no money (read the filing). Neither does OMVS (read the filing).

Toxic financing happens when the borrower has either no collateral or clearly cannot service their debt.

Essentially the lender is a loan shark. Look at the conversion prices of ALL of their notes.

The problem OMVS investors face is they have NO IDEA how many times GP borrowed from the loan shark and what the terms were...for the past 7 months.

It really must be torture to watch OMVS keep investors in the dark, the share price wont budge and EVERY other artificial intelligence company is making new highs.

On a bright note..SR is now using pictures instead of tweets to string investors along.

Where are those financials again?
