Some times my stoner brain works, in fact its time for me to go walk my GSD. I believe as long as cannabis remains on the controlled substance list it will continue to have wild Yo-Yo like swings. Yes we are still at war with drugs. But cannabis is starting to win, and there are forces who don't like it. 63% of Americans believe the government should make cannabis legal. I believed that for 42 years and practice what I preach. Puff time :). Go Sipp
