I did my DD. The worst part is the after a months I called my broker, and he said he had never heard of the stock but would do some research. He asked around about Jack Hanks, and basically confirmed he is a fraud. I believed in Jack, but it was my mistake. My broker advised me to hold at this point, because there may be another pump/dump cycle before Hanks closes the shell and moves to another company.
