I think this is the SEC filing that is referred to in the PR which is delaying everything because of some procedural issue:

It looks like there are well over 100 other companies that will also get caught in limbo until everything is resolved - your taxpayer dollars at work. It's a little ironic that the revocation processes that are designed to protect shareholders can be subverted and delayed by admin BS to the total detriment of those same shareholders.
