USA Technologies to Ring Closing Bell at Nasdaq

MALVERN, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- USA Technologies, Inc. Herbert, CEO, will ring the ceremonial Nasdaq stock market closing bell on Wednesday, December 20th at 4:00 pm E.T., at the Nasdaq MarketSite in Times Square, New York City. A group of USAT employees, investors and customers will join Mr. Herbert to celebrate a marquee year for the company and the successful acquisition of Cantaloupe Systems.
