It's going to take something major for this to run. Theres around a half billion 1's on the ask and that # will easily double if people start seeing they can get out. Probably be 2 billion+ @ 2 if it ever got there. With the #'s Wayne's been putting out in the filings I'd be surprised to ever see this @ 2's again. The guy just does not know how to operate a company successfully. He can do Spin offs and backdoor dilution deals all day. But when it comes to generating positive revenue there's no signs of life in that department with UNGS.
