Why some sellers are such stupid? I meant after 40,000 shares Slapped at the Seven-Year-New-High 0.051 they are still selling their GBOE shares at 0.002 which is 96.1% Giant Discount comparing to 0.051! They should move their selling orders up to 0.02 at least!
