my word is: ANYONE who knew of his actions, regardless of their position or party, are guilty IF they did not report it to proper LEGAL authorities - not just to their party chiefs. ....and, they are even MORE complicit if they withheld reporting it until just before election time for political gain - which they did. That fact can't be argued since several democrat members and the press also knew of it in 2005.
