Did we completely divest from werpo and the other I/p technology holdings?

I did not see in the docs how the original share exchange was managed.

Don’t get me wrong Romano is an actual company with actual products and actual revenue. And some day I might return a profit but I wanna know what happened on the other end with the quick removal of werpo and yampro and all that...did we all just collectively walk away?
