Yet all 4 companies were revoked.

The last correspondence from the SEC was on 11/10/2016.

From the Revocation Order:

"Respondent consents to the entry of this Order
Making Findings and Revoking Registration of Securities Pursuant to Section 12(j) of the
Securities Exchange Act of 1934 as to Hangover Joe's Holding Corp. (“Order”), as set forth
below."

"Hangover has failed to comply with Exchange Act Section 13(a) and Rules 13a-1 and 13a-13 thereunder because it has not filed any periodic reports with the Commission since the period ended September 30, 2014."

There were hundreds of posts stating not filing was a brilliant strategy to keep the toxic lenders from converting.

And how KBM would be charged with criminal usury and HJOE would be victorious in Court.

It wasn't a brilliant strategy unless Adamson was trying to be revoked - there wasn't criminal usury and Adamson got his noggin cracked in court once again.

HJOE couldn't afford to pay their attorney and he filed a motion to withdraw. Adamson never hired a new attorney and KBM got a default judgement against HJOE.

So when Adamson was all big talk about a pig roast - the pig roast was the shareholders that believed the Adamson nonsense got roasted.
