I didn't say you import cement from Texas. I said I doubt you export any.. Actually if you import any it probably comes from Mexico....

Like I said, All this State oneupmanship accomplishes nothing... It is all just like the stupid fluorescent bulbs.. The growth of Greenhouse gases and pollution from China and other large population countries is where the most impact can be made. Sure we shopuld reduce our pollution, but if we emitted zero green house gases or pollution they would still do us in....
