Did you ask him what the status of the companies shares is?
I don't understand his answer, is he saying there is a legacy shareholder who keeps flashing big share lots and people are shorting and hoping those lots are on the market? How does that make sense as both would be 'sells' unless the shorters think legacy shareholders will crash the pps by selling all 525k at the bid??

If that would have happened it would have been right after the RS. Maybe that is what's happening and we actually will see the elusive short squeeze, which is just as common as a Honus Wagner rookie card.
