Actually the MGMT is already selling the shares without pricing. With connivance of the offering participants, they are selling that offering ahead of pricing and also using that information to crash the price. No other way for me to watch this. Tried to buy at $3 yesterday but didn't have enough Buying Power. Now today its at $2.30. $1.50 seems a good place to wait. I won't touch it anywhere higher than $1.70. That's where MGMT and the buyers want it. Just waiting and watching for now.
