Funny how they company just created opportunity for shorts while degrading their stock and its shareholders. So, if any shareholder did not sell on that run-up the mgmt is basically saying E-F you! How does any mgmt reward its holders that way. They filed this offering and the stock ran to $8. Now at $2, they are still CONFUSED. Glad I jumped in and out. Waiting for under $2 (BUT AFTER THEIR PRICING). The MGMT is one HUGE JOKE IMO
