Comments about the issuance of the 10Q are of importance. i suspect the legal uncertainties regarding the predatory lender lawsuit must be disclosed. So the prior CPA would not issue audited financials for this reason I suspect! We should be able to pursue OTCQB even with the qualified opinion the current auditor must issue IMO! Otherwise this was a good PR!
