VATE DD

This hemp company primarily focuses on Elev8 Hemp Coffee and Elev8 Hemp Tea.

elev8hemp.com

Elev8 Hemp Coffee is available on Amazon in 12 oz. bags. Flavors include a South American blend, hazlenut and French vanilla. Available to coffee shops, restaurants, and other bulk customers are 5 lb bags.

Elev8 Hemp Coffee is also available in retail outlets, including Lucky's Market (Flordia only right now) which has multiple locations in multiple markets across the US.

Elev8 Hemp Tea is available on Amazon in boxes of 30 count. There are two flavors, green tea and black tea.

Both products are also available directly through Elev8hemp.com

At the very bottom this post are screenshots of these two star products.

I came across VATE in December of 2016 when it was under a different ticker name of PLAD. Very few knew of this stock, but I took a position because the float was tiny and the price per share was such that I felt with any exposure, it could have an insane move higher.

VATE share structure:
Authorized: 900,000,000
Issued and Outstanding: 570,835,396
FLOAT = 64,187,982

There are also series A and B preferred shares.
Preferred A Authorized: 5,000,000
Preferred A Issued: 5,000,000

Preferred B Authorized: 5,000,000
Preferred B Issued: 950,000

Kona Gold Solutions Inc. owns 148,603,365 restricted shares of VATE.

These numbers can be verified on page 2 of VATE's most recent quarterly filing on September 30, 2017.

The float is one of the main attractions here! The other of course is Hemp.

Before explaining the difference of hemp and marijuana, it's important to understand that hemp is usually grouped into the marijuana sector, even if it is based purely on the "guilty by association" factor. So I believe hemp stocks like VATE and SIPC can move with the broader MJ sector into all the catalysts that come with California going full on recreational MJ in January 2018.

Hemp vs Marijuana

Primarily, the two are cultivated differently. Hemp is grown agriculturally on a large scale, Marijuana is grown horticulturally on a much smaller scale. Each are grown for different uses.

"Industrial" hemp is grown primarily for its seeds and fibers which are then used in every day products like food, oils, lotions, fabrics, and even paper (the Declaration of Independence and the US Constitution were written on hemp paper). Hemp has virtually no THC, which is the psychoactive ingredient in Marijuana. Thus, hemp is legal to grow and sell.

Marijuana is grown and used for its leafs and buds. Marijuana also has a high level of THC and CBD. THC is the psychoactive ingredient, CBD the non psychoactive ingredient used for its healing and health benefits.

Back to VATE.

Elev8 Hemp LLC

VATE has two main wholly owned subsidiaries.
- Elev8 Hemp LLC, this is the coffee and tea division
- 02 Breathe, this was acquired several months ago by VATE

Elev8 Hemp LLC primarily sells hemp coffee and tea, hemp water, and hemp based skin care products.

02 Breathe is an oxygen bar (I've seen these oxygen bars around southern CA). They sell CBD tinctures, vapes, lotions, and massage products. They're also looking to offer CBD at their oxygen bars.

Aside from a technical view point that displays a very attractive float for VATE (only 64 million shares), and a golden cross that's about to occur on the chart...

I also like the marketing potential of the Elev8 brand name. It's catchy and easy to remember. Same with the ticker symbol.

Psychologically, when a stock ticker symbol has a nice "ring" to it, like VATE, investors tends to favor it.

It's been a long day and I know there's a lot more to VATE than what I've written. But I'm sure others will chime in with their own research and commentary.

Glad to be in VATE again!
