What's important is that TRTC learns how to grow Marijuana in a controlled Mold and Mildew prevention environment[Hydroponic] that is free of all
Pesticides.

Only way to do that is to grow it Organically in California and any other state.

They have 6 months to discover how to do it.

I suggest a gro-3 Ozone system in order to accomplish it.
