Correct DD. I sent the trustee an email early this morning and received a reply within 1/2 hour:

I understand the TFR has been submitted and is awaiting approval by the court. Do you know about how long it will be until the judge approves the report?

After the court approval, how does the process work? Is it mandatory that American Scientific finds a buyer/reverse merger candidate as soon as possible?

Other than finding a company who will purchase or merge into the shell, what other outcomes are possible?

Can you disclose if there is an interested party or parties who might be considering purchasing or merging into the shell?

Is there a surviving ASFX board member who I can contact after this matter is out of your hands?

Thank you very much for your kind consideration regarding this matter.

Sincerely,

The Trustee has submitted the TFR to the Office of the United States Trustee for approval. Once it leaves our office, we have no control over when it will be approved. Once the report has been approved, our office will be notified and a copy of the report will be mailed to all creditors in the case.

Please be advised that before any final report is submitted for approval, all assets of the estate must be fully administered. Therefore, there are no assets of this Debtor left.

As for your remaining questions, they are outside the scope of the Trustee’s duties.

Sincerely,
