Want more info on the Lithium Boom? Here is a link to a presentation on Lithium by a guy named Mike Beck. He does promote some stocks at the end but it is otherwise a worthy video. He allegedly made billions in the Uranium industry and now has his eyes set on the next generational demand shift in commodities: lithium, nickel, and cobalt. I'm sticking with the big daddy, Lithium.

Some tidbits:

EVs will soon be cheaper to own and operate than an ICE.

EVs are cheaper, faster, and simpler to build.

With a 15% penetration by 2025, will need lithium production to increase by 4x. Massive capital will be needed to reach that and still, DEMAND will outpace supply.

Recently was $5k/ton
Now $28k/ton
Future...$100k/ton
(Lithium pricing is elastic. This means that it is a small part of the overall cost of an EV so car companies will pay top dollar for it).
