It would not be NSAV converting in the first place.
It is lenders, or those that hold debt, like KBM.
THEY choose to convert at THEIR convenience. NSAV
has no choice but to permit what debt owners demand.
Which is, in and of itself, dilutative.
Converting debt into newly issued shares
is dilution plain and simple. .. Which is
causing the price to stagnate of late.
