Mintmoondog...MNGA.... "quick traction in EU..." IMO, this European thing is a lost cause ... good intentions on MNGA's part, but, if they cannot make it here then they cannot make it anywhere...

have had some experience with this type of dealing while working in Europe for 17 years... unequal yoking of business partners- by the newbe being under-capitalised was one of the things I experienced.
The European partner stagnates/never gets going.

Or the European partner never wanted your products to begin with- just wanted to stiffel your outreach , "kill the competition" so to
speak- minimum capital investment; get "big boys" to supply the labor and foot the bills.

I could be wrong. Hope so. Do not know what to think of this company any more, especially after this latest rs filing; am still waiting to invest.
