I am not speculating , as I know the facts: perhaps you are.

I don't think any unreasonable request were made by the creditors. If I remember correctly I think the creditors were prepared to defer much of their debt if and when Niobium mining production commenced on the property.

I don't think that is being unreasonable whatsoever.

In my opinion.
