Perhaps. It isn't finalized but they agreed on most points. I guess there are three possible outcomes.

1. They proved infringement for the life of the patent
2. They won infringement from the time the suit was filed
3. Or some where in between.

To your point, the stock is so far under the radar you would have to be looking for the settlement. I think there are 3 of us on investorhub.
