MAYBE.the.motion.for summary.judgement.dismissing.UR.case is.good news! Snicker.Most.peeps.do not know.about it yet because they are too lazy to get a free PACER account and look it up or they do not read or trust the boards and are waiting for a statement from the company. The company has 4 business days from the time of a material event. The motion to dismiss was filed around 7pm Wednesday so there should be an 8K filed tmrw. or Wednesday at the latest. Having your only source of revenue get kicked out of court is certainly a material event! Should be another rush for the exits then. I think it settles in the tenth a cent range while the 1 year it takes for an appeal to be heard slowly ticks by. By the way the appeals court already said their minor modification of the claims construction would not change the outcome! Think you will win an appeal! Forget about it! In my opinion.
