Virnetx receives $440,000,000 from apple.

I disagree there. Apple lost that one, and the story isn't over for virnetx either. At the high, VHC rose to 40$ a share... Just saying, hype and publicity go along way. Also, try to remember that there is an extra zero in VPLM's case, and it involves more infringers.
