This I think was more prophetic than anything else....(chart from last Friday)....
Man, THIS was a buy-signal.

Today it is up around 1.15 ..... Up around 12 %.......PILBF up 14%.....ca:PLU Unchanged


So why does it appear to be almost halted in Canada ???


Only 10,000 *nope 50,000) shares have traded and it's virtually unchanged.
