The choices are rather limited due to the hmq1725 algorithm needing to be supported in order to mine properly. The cpu-miner-hmq1725-windows program that I documented in a word file is the one that I use. It is run from a command line text window with a batch file you have to edit and configure. There are no truly windows based programs yet as far as I have discovered.
The install example document that I wrote can be found at
http://www.filedropper.com/happypoolplusonecoinsetupv1
of course you would use your own info for your setup, and not take the document literally. Contact me if you have any questions I can even remote to your desktop to take a look if you wish.
In this case you would use the document to setup the HappyPool side and then configure a 32 bit miner.

Is the one happypool recommends. I have not tried it out. Downloading it and looking at it now.
update: the cpuminer program recommended off happypool's site does not support the hmq1725 algo so I was unable to get it to work. It has support for Bitcoin and Litecoin only. I tried those two different algos it supports without success.
