Been traveling, and haven't had a chance to post in the past few weeks - been watching the trading pattern very carefully.

I along with others have been taking advantage of the drop, and did so today - I'm now holding a significant number of shares.

I strongly believe (this based on my personal research) that PSTI is very much undervalued at this level - I base this on their numerous patents, and the PLX-PAD Cell technology alone. If you take a close look at MESO, and compare this company to Pluristem, one should see where PSTI is headed - I question this: "Mesoblast Limited (Nasdaq:MESO) (ASX:MSB) has been named by Frost & Sullivan as the 2017 Global Technology Leader in the Cell Therapy Industry."

There's NO question that Plurustem is grappling with its developmental phase, and how to move forward - do they go it alone, or, do they seek a suitor/investor partner? For now, it’s quite apparent that Pluristem is attempting to move forward on their own - is it possible that they're strategically building or strengthening their overall position in this space?

I have no doubts that several big pharma are keeping a close watch on Pluristem - the question is...is it possible that Pluristem has already been in dialogue with more than one company?

Again, I'm banking on the future, and have made a decision based on my personal forward looking projections. I did the same when I began researching and then investing in companies like: HGSI & ARIA - the MB's and shorts were brutal, as these companies went through their R&D phases. I lost track how many times I heard the terms: Scam & Bankruptcy - HGSI alone had to raise well over a $Billion to keep the doors open, which included having to pay high salaries to its Management Team. I stayed with it through all the ups and downs, keeping a close watch on Clinical data results - it payed off, as GSK purchased HGSI for $3.6 Billion. (I must say that my return was substantial)

Don't get me wrong: I'm not saying that Pluristem is headed for a 100% buyout (although, a possibility), what I am saying is that I'm here banking on the future, and again, based on my own evaluation - I do believe we'll see a positive change in the 1st quarter of the New Year. The story here I believe will only get better & better - don't forget that companies like MESO also have a very small number of Institutional Ownership, but, are trading at very high multiples. I have no doubts that Pluristem is headed in the same direction, as their story becomes more and more known! GLTY
