I have read a great deal about the customer service that Diamond provides. I have been a shareholder for 6 months and add more shares on a regular basis. I decided to finally purchase a few bags of the Relax gummies on Saturday and quickly received a confirmation email and this morning received a tracking number for my order. Knowing that the morning of the first business day after my order was placed I have received a tracking number and was able to verify through the USPS website that my order was waiting for pickup is fantastic. For such a small company to provide the same customer service of a retail giant speaks volumes. I know that games are being played by the MM and toxic loans however I hope that they can dig themselves out of the toxic loan soon and there is no place but up for the company as long as the demons (toxic loans and crooked MM) are told to pound sand where the sun never shines.
