Audited financials can take some time and not unusual for a few hiccups along the way..SGMD will need to raise A/S to complete deal as stated..Present 300m A/S wont work!

Jimmy filed an earlier 14a for shareholder meeting proxy, including vote to raise A/S 300m to 1B..Jimmy cancelled awaiting further BizRight negotiations..


SGMD needs audited financials..assume same for $30m Bizright.

Jimmy will need to file another 14a for shareholder approval vote..imagine there would be a couple weeks lead time from filing to vote..

I guess what i'm saying is Biz deal looks great, but actually inking a done deal might take ..maybe couple months? Idk, just trying to keep it real for impatient folk...

Meantime, i hope Jimmy finds time to move forward with the other $30m deal and Budlife...Must admit though i am dissappointed with recent partner Joseph Passalaqua business actions, and encourage Jimmy to thoroughly confirm quality and claims of JoeP Plantation Corp young, Budlife product..
