Why is J.T. adding millions of shares of dilution,
JUST TO BUY THE SHARES BACK LATER ? ? ? ?


Makes absolutely no sense at all.


Need revenue for share buyback, no revenue is in
sight at this time.


And J.T. does not have enough personal cash to
effect a share buyback, either.
