After those new preferreds were converted and dumped I think people got wise to Matt.

I assume its possible that he issued those preferreds to a family member, inlaw, etc and then had them convert to commons and dump in the market so he can go on vacation for a month. Who knows? Unfortunately we can't confirm anything at the moment. Funny how he refuses to talk about it when he replied to a shareholder email.

Perhaps everyone should start calling the number in the PR to get answers.
