Sorry, 3.125, not 3.14 as stated in my previous post. If a Moelis-type plan is adopted, it would offer Common for $8. So a $25 would convert to Common at $25 divided by $8 which equals 3.125 Common for each $25 preferred. (NOTE: I use $8 only as an example, it could be higher or lower obviously).

In my view, People In The Know know and so the preferreds are moving to whatever the ratio will be. But what do I know, except that I know nothing.
