Looks like big Pharma / multi nationals have everything they wanted in this bill. Corporate rate and repat percentage are a tad higher that first thought but overall this should make PFE pretty happy.

I was premature on whale hunting season, but I think next this week the season begins.

Will BMY be gobbled up, and if so at what price? & 75.00 $80.00, $85, or as high as $90.00 as some suggest. According to articles it looks like in addition to repat money PFE consumer unit may fetch 20 bil, or 5 bil more than expected.

Targets, BMY, CELG, BIIB longshot AGN or perhaps a surprise company like Lilly or others.
