Funny you should mention that .. Offshore naked shorting was what I was reading about yesterday.. Yep it sure does happpen and might explain why intraday trading shorting is hard to pin down on any board.. I know sometimes I can not get a bid filled on the ask when there are many more shares sitting on the ask then what I bid for,.. Weird stuff goes on for sure.. I guess , I just don't understand the whole process , yet and will never want to think about deceit and deception to make money
