That never happened. Initially they would cancel the 7M B-shares (pre-split). Then they didn't, and said they would cancel them if performance was bad again. And again, they didn't.
In 2015 (or before) Solomon received the B-shares from the other 2 and they were converted to common shares. Whatever common shares the other 2 had in 2011 were sold early on but never disclosed.
