Total nonsense.
Did you happen to catch 60 Minutes tonight about McKesson?

Pharmaceutical industry, in particular BIG pharma are rigging the system.Those companies that manufacture and distribute prescription opioids do not want Elite's ADF out there. Like big tobacco in the past, these pharmas and distibutors are raking in $Billions. They are the cause of the epidemic and want it to continue.

It means big money for them. Someone like Elite just spoils the fun in raking in all that cash with an ADF that works.
This really has nothing to do with Tmax. Tmax is the excuse the FDA uses.

Dr. Hertz is no "rock star" in the realm of the ADF. Just another in a long line told to look the other way and stall any solutions that may come along. Just my opinion about this Tmax deal.

And the rest of the above also in my opinion along with others that are cited on 60 Minutes.
It's all about the money...... as bad as the epidemic is these companies are allowed to roll with it.

Pharmaceutical industry no better than drug cartels in Columbia and Mexico. This is sick....
