Baloney. The S-1 registered the 24,027,342 divvy shares only. No IPO. The company has no registered shares to offer.

Wayne called it an IPO, but Wayne doesn't know or care what he says as long as he can sell shares.

Even the 2M Registration Rights offering Wayne said he would have never happened. INSTEAD, WAYNE GAVE HIMSELF THOSE 2,000,000 SHARES

All just paper scams here.
