Listen to this video from 18:30-19:30 mark:


Then you look at page 13 of the qtrly report for 9/30/2017 at:
https://www.otcmarkets.com/financialReportViewer?symbol=POTN&id=183954

It shows they were borrowing $285,500 (at some awful terms) while he was sitting there saying POTN didn't need money.
And then borrowed another $477,500 (again at some awful terms) a couple months after he finished talking.
