Bull - only to the extent that they claim they knew about this in 2005 and held the information until it was usable during the election. If that is a fact, they are complicit as a child predator too.

If you or I knew our neighbor shot someone and we held it for a year, we'd be guilty of aiding and abeting wouldn't we?
