This is for all of us trying to avenge our obsession with TVIX. I believe that waiting for a consolidation and signal needs to be a MUST on this one as the averaging down can get ugly. (Don't ask me how I know) LOL

Here is what I've come up with as what seems to be a decent signal and low risk/reward entry if one adheres to the rules of engagement.
